- All upgrades are on one page: Alt+B, main page, the Upgrades row, the "Open" button.
- Grade weapons and armor grow through levels Lv1-Lv5. Each upgrade gives the item of the next level and keeps the enchant.
- You enter a new grade at Lv1 with +0. Moirai, Vesper and Legendary need the Lv5 item of the previous grade, Dynasty needs a retail S grade weapon or armor. Details are in the article "Gear grades: Dynasty, Moirai, Vesper, Legendary".
- Talismans, Pendant, Bracelet, Agathion and slot items (Circlet, Cloak, Belt, Shirt) are upgraded in their own sections.
- The upgrade window shows how much of each material you need. The numbers change with the balance, so they are not listed here.

Upgrades in Alt+B
Grade weapons and armor, talismans and slot items are upgraded on the Upgrades page in Alt+B. An upgrade takes materials from farm zones, the weekly resource, Upgrade Recipe, grade Essence, Ancient Adena and Adena.

Open the page
Alt+B, main page, the Upgrades row, the "Open" button. The buttons at the top switch sections.

Pick a section and a grade
Weapons and Armor have three buttons for every grade: "Tier entry" (entry into the grade), "Exchange" and "Upgrade". The rows of a grade appear when the grade opens on the server calendar.

Pick a row
The row shows what you need and what you have. Clicking a material in the "Items required" column opens the craft navigator: it shows where that material drops.

"Tier entry" gives Lv1 of a new grade. "Upgrade" raises an item to the next level: Lv2-Lv5. "Exchange" swaps the type of an item for another type of the same grade and level for Adena and adds no power.
What an upgrade needs

Lv5 opens on day 5 of the grade week and also needs the grade Core (for example, Core: Dynasty) and an old world craft material (for example, Mithril Alloy). Instance bosses drop the grade Core. The Upgrade Recipe limit is shared by the account: all characters of the account split it.

How much does an upgrade cost?
The upgrade row shows the exact set of materials and what you own. Prices change with the balance, so the article does not list them.
Do I lose the enchant when I upgrade?
No. The enchant is kept when you upgrade a level. An item of the next grade starts at +0.
Why is a grade list closed?
The rows of a grade appear when the grade opens on the server calendar. Lv5 opens on day 5 of the grade week.
What does the "Exchange" button do?
It swaps the type of an item for another type of the same grade and level for Adena. It adds no power.
Where do I get Upgrade Recipe?
Elite monsters in the far part of weapon and armor farm zones, weapon and armor altar bosses and field raid bosses of the open grade difficulty drop it. In total no more than the weekly limit per account. Details are in the article "Gear grades: Dynasty, Moirai, Vesper, Legendary".
How do I find where a material drops?
