Start of the game
- A new character immediately receives the quest “Season Start” in the quest window (Alt+U): professions, rebirths and the first altar boss, rewards from level 40. Requires updated client.
- Each new character on creation receives 5 Remastered Rune Box. The first character created on the account also receives 2 Return Rune Box.
Character progression
- New level structure for rebirths, identical on OBT and at release. Rebirths 1-10: level 70, 11-20: 72, 21-30: 76, 31-40: 78, 41-50: 80, 51-60: 81, 61-70: 82, 71-80: 83, 81-140: 86, 141-210: 88, 211-300: 90.
- Skill enchanting: another 30 skills can be enchanted. Debuffs and crowd control (e.g., Cripple, Hamstring, Poison, Shield Bash, Dance of Medusa) receive enchants to chance, recovery skills (Braveheart, Miracle, Mass Recharge, Pa'agrio's Fist) receive enchants to power. Previously the server denied enchants to these.
- The "Power" enchant for attacking physical skills became noticeable: each level now gives +2.5% skill damage instead of +1.5%, including dagger hits like Deadly Blow (Deadly Blow +20: Power 114 193 instead of 60 038). Unenchanted physical skills hit slightly weaker, and enchanting up to the normal level for this stage restores the old damage; full enchantment takes longer and costs more and gives up to an additional +20% skill damage on top of that. PvP damage, enchant prices and chances, and mage skills are unchanged.
- Warriors in PvE have been brought closer to mages. A mage with a staff hits a single target about 10% stronger than a warrior; a mage with a one-handed weapon and shield is on par with warriors (about 9% weaker than before); daggers and dual swords hit bosses and monsters about 5% stronger than a staff mage. Warrior damage vs monsters with Dynasty weapons increased by ~58%, with Moirai weapons by ~28%, with Vesper weapons is ~2% lower, and with Legendary and Epic ~9% lower. Dynasty–Legendary maces and two-handed maces now behave like swords and two-handed swords: their P.Atk is lower (roughly x0.62–0.69 and x0.75–0.80), and their damage vs monsters and players matches the sword of the same tier. Mage presets (.preset) now include the enchants players normally take: Aura Flare, Blazing Circle and Prominence +3 / +6 / +8 / +10 by the end of Dynasty / Moirai / Vesper / Legendary; Death Spike, Hydro Blast and Hurricane are in presets without enchants.
Equipment
- Accessory strengths have been redistributed; the total power of a full set is unchanged. Aden Talisman gives more HP (Ancient +10: 24,075 instead of 14,507), Talisman of Eva gives more defense (Ancient +10: P.Def 2,253 and M.Def 1,666), cloaks give more defense, dolls, stones and epic jewelry give more attack. Reduced: belt HP, agathion defense, Venir CP and Hellbound attack.
World and locations
- Giran is more open: NPCs that duplicated Alt+B were removed (Newbie Guide, Rebirth, Multiskills, Craft Exchange, Bank and Random Craft). Allan, Masterwork, Appearance, Artifacts and Craft Points are located in new places in the city center. Buff, rebirth, skill learning, craft exchange, personal bank and Random Craft still open via Alt+B.
Monsters and bosses
- When a raid boss or epic boss spawns, the teleport invitation popup no longer appears. The spawn message remains; teleport to the RB still works as before via Alt+B. A new invitation system will appear after OBT.
- Monsters in farm zones Dynasty, Moirai, Vesper and Legendary became tougher (HP roughly x1.7 / x1.4 / x1.08), summoned bosses live longer: a mage at the start of the grade clears a spot in about 25 seconds, as intended. Drop was recalculated for real kill speeds: Dynasty monsters drop about a quarter less, Moirai / Vesper / Legendary monsters drop about +12% / +16% / +5% more. Per hour farming yields are lower than on the test server: a mage gets roughly a quarter less in Dynasty, 24–32% less in Moirai, 12–18% less in Vesper, 6–10% less in Legendary. Rebirth stones, Knowledge Pages and materials now come per hour exactly as intended by the server economy; crafting materials D and C in Dynasty and Moirai zones drop less often after the transition to Moirai.
Events
- Epic Duel is now open from 10 rebirths (was 15), level 85 remains.
- Survival Event: the “Blue vs Red” fight now starts with 2 players (previously 4), alliances are allowed. The sign-up announcement no longer requires a sub-class: any character can register. Event chests are opened at the Survival Event Manager NPC.
- Survival Event: the booster “More chests per game” for 30 days now costs 2,500 Coin of Luck instead of 5,000.
PvP and clans
- In player fights, equipment decides: better weapon, enchants and buffs always help, and weak or old weapons and fighting unarmed no longer make a character tankier or increase hits. There is no longer a handicap for the weaker player against a stronger one: a well-geared player quickly beats the undergeared, but nobody still dies from a single hit. Weapons and some chestpieces of Dynasty, Moirai, Vesper and Legendary received “PvP Defense”; it works only for armor of their own type: bow, dagger and knuckles in light; swords, maces, dual swords, two-handed and pole weapons in heavy; mage weapons in robe. The chestpiece grants it only when wearing the full set of its type; shields do not grant it. Self-healing in PvP is weaker: Dynasty 32% -> 23%, Moirai 23% -> 17%, Vesper 13% -> 11%, Legendary unchanged (8%); in armor not matching your weapon it’s half as strong.
Automation
- Auto-farm inside instances (Daily PvE, Kamaeloka and others) now starts only with VIP auto-farm. Auto-farm in the open world remains free.
- Auto-farm from the phone (remote control on the hub website) became almost like in-game. The character remembers the farming spot: after a raid-boss fight started from the phone, and after an epic, they automatically return there for free and continue farming. The “Return to farm spot” button costs 100,000 adena and can be pressed any number of times; Return Rune is only needed for self-return after death. A new spot is chosen from the same list as in Alt+B, “Farm zones” (zone, near or far part), teleport is free. From the phone you can access five auto-farm presets from the game window, all learned skills by pages with filter by class, search, priority and condition (VIP), and altars: status and boss summon at any available difficulty, solo only. Hunting quests are visible read-only; farming from phone does not count for them.
Client and interface
- Skill tooltips in the client show the same numbers that apply on the server: Special Ability, weapon enchant, Agathion Bracelet, Orfen Doll, Ring of Core, Anthara's Earring and Beta Tester Rune were fixed, 53 skills received Russian descriptions; for Special Ability: Health and for outfits (Costume) the tooltip honestly says “Does not apply this season.”
